    Asynchronous Telehealth, You submit your health information electronically through our secure platform. A licensed provider reviews the information to assess your condition and, if appropriate, recommend or prescribe a suitable remedy or care plan.
    Live Video Consultation, You meet with a provider in real-time via a secure video connection to discuss your health concerns and receive personalized guidance.
    Before your session, Metabionix will explain how telehealth will be conducted and how communication will take place through our platform.
  2. Potential Risks of Telehealth
    While telehealth offers many benefits, there are certain risks involved, including but not limited to: Technical Limitations, Poor internet connection, platform errors, or device issues may disrupt your consultation. Information Clarity, Visual or audio quality may affect the provider’s ability to assess your condition accurately. Data Accuracy, Information you provide may be incomplete or inaccurate, which can impact diagnosis or care recommendations. Security Limitations,While Metabionix uses industry-standard security protocols, no system is completely immune to potential data breaches.
  3. Benefits of Telehealth
    Telehealth provides several advantages for convenience and accessibility, including: Convenience, Consult with a provider without needing to travel or wait in a clinic. Faster Access, Receive timely evaluations, especially for follow-ups or routine guidance. Access to Specialists, Connect with licensed professionals who may not be available locally. Continuity of Care, Maintain consistent communication and progress tracking through digital follow-up visits.
  4. Confidentiality and Privacy

However, you should understand that no electronic transmission can be guaranteed 100% secure.     While Metabionix strives to ensure the highest quality of care, telehealth has certain limitations: Diagnostic Limitations, Remote evaluations may not always replace in-person physical exams, potentially leading to missed or delayed diagnoses. Treatment Limitations, Recommended remedies or wellness plans may vary in effectiveness between individuals. Follow-Up Care, Some conditions may require additional in-person evaluation or testing.
  7. Informed Consent
    By proceeding with a telehealth consultation through Metabionix, you acknowledge and agree that: You understand what telehealth is and how it works. You have been informed of the risks, benefits, and alternatives to telehealth-based care. You understand that telehealth may not be as comprehensive as an in-person examination. You have had the opportunity to ask questions and all your questions have been answered to your satisfaction. You voluntarily consent to participate in a telehealth consultation and to receive recommendations or care from a licensed provider through the Metabionix platform.
  8. Additional Considerations
    In-Person Visits: Telehealth should complement—not replace—regular in-person care when needed. Emergencies: Telehealth is not suitable for urgent or life-threatening situations. Always seek immediate in-person medical attention if you experience an emergency. Record Keeping: Your telehealth visit and care recommendations will be documented in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations.
